All prices are net, plus 19 % German VAT (B2B customers in other EU countries: reverse charge). The diagnosis fee is credited against the recovery if you place the order.

How the price is set

The price depends on the type of failure, not on the amount of data. The diagnosis shows which class applies. "From" is the entry point of each class; the exact fixed price is stated in the quote.

Not included: the target drive for the recovered data and return shipping. Both are listed separately in the quote.

Express and emergency refer to turnaround time. In emergency mode we work without interruption, including nights and weekends.

Customers outside Germany: businesses in other EU countries with a VAT ID are invoiced net (reverse charge). Shipments within the EU need no customs paperwork. From the UK, Switzerland and Norway please mark the parcel "for repair and return" and contact us before shipping.
