Call or e-mail us – ideally with the manufacturer, model and a short description of the fault. We reply in English.
How to reach us
Sending your drive
- Print the order form (German), fill in your contact details and the fault, and sign it. If anything is unclear, a short e-mail with the same information is enough.
- Put the drive in an anti-static or freezer bag and pad it with at least 3 cm on every side.
- Ship to: HDDLab, Danziger Str. 78a, 10405 Berlin, Germany.
Do not power on a failed drive again and do not run recovery software on it. Every further attempt can make the damage worse.
From abroad
Within the EU no customs paperwork is needed. From the UK, Switzerland or Norway, mark the shipment "for repair and return", declare the value of the device itself (not of the data on it) and e-mail us the tracking number. For companies we can arrange courier collection and send a data processing agreement before shipping.

Do not power it on again. Diagnosis from €90 net, then a fixed price.
