Our own lab since 2007. All work is done in our laboratory in Berlin. Your media is never passed on to third parties.
Donor parts in stock. A head swap needs a matching donor drive, down to the firmware revision. Our stock covers almost every case, so you are not waiting for parts to be ordered.
Research, not off-the-shelf software. For new drive models and unusual interfaces we develop the procedure ourselves. Many of our jobs are cases where another lab has already failed.
Transparent cost. A paid diagnosis first, then a fixed-price quote. Nothing is done without your approval. See our prices.
How it works
- Get in touch: call or e-mail us. Do not power the device on again in the meantime.
- Send it in: ship the drive with the completed order form, or drop it off in Berlin.
- Diagnosis: findings and a fixed-price quote – standard, express or 24/7 emergency.
- Recovery: after your approval; you receive a list of recovered files before payment.
- Return: on new storage media, by courier or collected in Berlin.
